The virtual help desk is an online communication forum, run through Zoom, that allows you to quickly communicate with library staff about questions you may have. You can use your camera and mic, or not, as you see fit. The "chat" option is always available. This forum is open, so others may be there as well, and there may be a "virtual line up". If you would prefer you can always book a consultation with one of our reference staff at a time that is convenient for you.
